Verifactu is Spain's new verified invoicing system from the tax agency (Agencia Tributaria). Veterinary clinics in Spain, like any business, will need to issue their invoices through compliant software — the general obligation takes effect during 2027. Artiprax is building Verifactu-compliant invoicing directly into the system, included in every plan at no extra charge: compliance is never an upsell.

Yes. Unlike tools that listen during the consultation, Artiprax uses post-consultation recording: you dictate after the client has left, so no client conversation is ever captured. Audio is not retained after the report is generated — zero retention. Data is hosted on EU infrastructure and is never used to train AI models.

You can dictate in 8 languages: Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, Romanian and Polish. Clinical reports are generated in Spanish or English. Teams with vets from different countries can each dictate in their own language and keep records uniform.

Yes. Artiprax covers small animals, equine and exotics. Post-consultation recording fits field work especially well: you dictate from your phone wherever you are, and if coverage drops, the dictation is stored and sent when the connection returns.
